My Friday Finds - Scottish Theme

I thought I would start a new feature on my blog! Every Friday (hopefully) I want to share some lovely unique items that I have discovered online. I am an avid online shopper and hope to show some lovely things I have found that you won't find on the highstreet :)

I intend on keeping with some form of theme and as such this week will be a scottish theme since Robbie Burns day is approaching!

Heather Gems
I adore jewellery with Heather gems in them. They are beautiful and such an unusual creation, and of course I'm named after the flower!! (Ok, ok... shrub). I have a lovely heather ring that was passed down to me from my mum, but would love a necklace! It's officially on my wish list :) You can find this piece on the heathergems.com website or click here! This gorgeous necklace comes in at £35.95- i recommend having a wee look at their website- the effort that goes into making these gems is amazing.

8bit Tartan Skull Bag
I dont know what it is, but I'm a sucker for anything with a skull on it!! So when I came across this tartan skull bag, I thought it would be ideal- combining my scottish theme and my probably weird obsession with skull designs! The seller has a selection of various other bags, jumpers and pictures to choose from! A quirky little store which you can find here on Etsy! This bag retails at £23.56.

Tartan skater dress

I adore skater dresses, they seem to flatter my figure (which makes a nice change!!!) and I love this one. It also comes in orange and pink tartan, but they may be just a little bold for my liking, but this cream one is much more up my alley. This Monica tartan skater dress comes in at only £20 and can be found here at boohoo.com!
Retro Sunglasses
These are so quirky!! Not sure if I would suit then but I love big glasses and the purple lenses they have are adorable. And, they are only £8.95 on amazon! You can find them here. Or better yet, check out their full website http://www.accessoryo.com/ for a wide range of hats, bags and other quirky accessories to suit your fashion needs!

Essentials Collection
Of course, I couldn't do a scottish themed post without mentioning Arran Aromatics! All the products are made on the island of Arran- probably one of the most beautiful places I have visited. They use natural ingredients and biodegradable packaging (always ticks a box in my mind). This is the essentials collection which contains body butter, shower gel, soap scrub, candle and face cloth all for £30. All their products smell incredible and from what I have tried are all very kind to the skin. You can find this here. I love the island and would recommend it to anyone if they fancy a scottish break- I reckon I will be back this summer!!
To finish, here is a lovely nail tutorial by Rosapie on youtube, on how to get plaid nails!

Hope you like :)

My song of today is a song by Garbage (they have a lovely scottish singer you see ;) ) this is 'Cherry Lips'. Enjoy!
